Introduction

Are you feeling off and wanting a better quality of life? I am here as a LCSW to aid you in this goal. As a team we learn about you and start your healing process. This looks different for each person. I tend to focus on revolving cultural trama, unresolved childhood trauma, Sexual abuse, and all that comes with these. The majority of my clients are ethnic women however I treat man, teens, and couples as well. Nothing brings me greater joy than helping people heal and become the best version of themselves. It's my firm belief that everyone is capable of overcoming life's challenges, navigate their emotions, and manage their stresses. I consider it a true privilege to be able to support others when they need it most. If you're reading this, you're human, and that means you too deserve the opportunity to thrive. Together we will focus on your strengths and seeing different viewpoints, as well as include humor when the time is right. We all need to be heard by an open-minded non-judgemental person who will put us first in our lives. I aim to have my clients leave with knowledge and insight into themselves and have tools to implement in the moment of life's struggles. My clients leave me with a better sense of self and love who they are more and more.
