I understand that making the decision to find the right therapist can seem daunting. Whether you are just beginning or have been in therapy before, I am here to help you get unstuck and navigate life's challenges more effectively. I use CBT and ACT approaches, but also integrate methods and techniques depending upon your preferences and the problems that we are facing. I am a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider and Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Provider. I am an interactive and directive therapist who values equality in the therapeutic relationship as well as humor. I look forward to working with you!
