Through my training as an EMDR therapist, I have become increasingly passionate about individual trauma work, and enjoy working with individuals (13+), to heal both with issues such as anxiety, depression, identity, interpersonal relationships, marital concerns, caregiver fatigue and more. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT, TF-CBT and more. I view therapy as a partnership between the client & the counselor, working together to bring health to all areas of life. I believe it is extremely important to take a holistic approach that not only examines the mental or relational issues you may be facing, but the cultural, spiritual & physical issues as well, to find a greater sense of healing & purpose. Reaching out for help can be the scariest step in the whole process.
