Introduction

Together we will create a safe healing space, where you are the expert and will decide how you want to live based on your personal values, identity, partnership(s) and family structure. Providing you the confidence and tools can move forward into the life and relationships you desire and deserve. Through my training as an EMDR therapist, I have become increasingly passionate about individual trauma work, and enjoy working with individuals (13+), to heal both with issues such as anxiety, depression, identity, interpersonal relationships, marital concerns, caregiver fatigue and more. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT, TF-CBT and more. I view therapy as a partnership between the client & the counselor, working together to bring health to all areas of life. I believe it is extremely important to take a holistic approach that not only examines the mental or relational issues you may be facing, but the cultural, spiritual & physical issues as well, to find a greater sense of healing & purpose. Reaching out for help can be the scariest step in the whole process. Know that I am here to walk beside you, as an objective third party, offering tools and techniques to hopefully make the journey a little easier. Your brokenness is welcome here.
