Hello, my name is Colleen, & offer telehealth to Massachusetts residents only. I am here to support your needs! I am a Berkshire-based, community-focused therapist with over eight years of therapeutic experience working with a variety of age ranges (children, adults, adolescents, aging, & families) with trauma, bariatric clients & individuals and groups with a diverse range of mental health needs. I am trained in many approaches, including Motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, and ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency). I will work with you to find the best methods for your needs.
