In therapy, my goal is to create a safe space for clients to work through the things they are experiencing such as life changes, stress and trauma, anxiety and depressive symptoms. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, solution-focused modalities, and systems therapy. I have been a social worker for over 15 years in a variety of different settings. I bring the knowledge gained into everything I do. My approach is to meet you, my client(s) where you are, to offer a space we can process and work through emotions and experiences together. I believe we are all stronger than we may believe and reaching out for help is a sign of your strength and resilience.
