Colleen Nusbaum was born in Anchorage, Alaska and have lived on the Kenai Peninsula with her mother, husband and two daughters since 2005. She has dedicated herself to treating mental/behavioral health challenges and teams with her clients in order to help them achieve healthy/balanced personal lives and relationships. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and member of the Kenai Peninsula Community, she is deeply committed to being there when you need me most—helping you explore, heal, and move forward into a happy and healthy mindset. Colleen works with individual’s of all ages from two years to 90 years old who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts/self harm, relationships, intellectual/physical disabilities and more. Populations she has experience working with include, individuals/families, child welfare, co-occurring substance use disorders, children, couples, severe mental illness, mood disorders, brain injury, divorce, suicide, self harm, military, trauma, court evaluations and she has provided expert testimony in courts.
