Introduction

Hi, I’m Colleen, a licensed clinical social worker specializing in depression and anxiety, specifically when triggered by OCD and perfectionism. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to be stuck in patterns of worry, self-doubt, or the pressure to always get things "just right." I work with clients to address this need to be flawless and the feelings of depression and negative self talk that set in when we evitably fall short. My approach is supportive, evidence-based, and tailored to help you break free from the cycles that keep you feeling anxious or stuck. In our work together, you’ll find a space that is both compassionate and practical—where we explore what’s holding you back and develop strategies to help you move forward. I offer therapy sessions through telehealth for flexibility and convenience, as well as walk-and-talk therapy for those who find movement and nature helpful in processing their thoughts. Walk and Talk Therapy is an approach that offers many benefits that can be hard to create in an office setting, including enhanced processing, a deeper mind-body connection, and a reduction in stress & anxiety. If a typical office setting feels unfamilar or uncomfortable, getting outdoors can offer an alternative that feels less intimidating and more inviting. If you're ready to take the next step, I’d love to help you on your journey toward greater peace, confidence, and balance.
