Introduction

I am an LCSW who specializes in working with adults, adolescents, and couples/families who are experiencing life changes, mood concerns, or relationship struggles. I consider it a privilege to partner with my clients in this work and to be trusted by them as they share their stories. In fact, it is my love of story that drew me to become a therapist, as I have always enjoyed hearing where people come from and the experiences they carry. I believe that the narratives we tell about ourselves and our lives have a direct impact on the way with think, feel and behave.
