Introduction

My style of therapy is warm, accepting and compassionate. I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges and pursue personal growth. Therapy is the beginning of new possibilities and scheduling an appointment is a brave first step. I work with adolescents, teens and adults from all walks of life. Clients seek therapy for a variety of reasons, and I am here to help you feel supported and understood. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to share your story, including your fears, worries, sadness, trauma and loss, as well as your joys, achievements and strengths. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and specialize in trauma-informed, person centered, strengths-based care. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques to address the issues that are interfering with your quality of life. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult relationships, parenting struggles, grief or issues with work/life balance. Unfortunately, we often get stuck in unconscious patterns or ineffective modes of coping. We will explore and develop insight around your thought patterns and responses to life events and work towards gaining new skills and achieving desired goals. I will come alongside you, honoring that you have experienced life uniquely from anyone else. Take the first step to care for yourself and give me a call or email me to schedule an initial phone consultation. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
