I am a psychodrama therapist with over 30 years of experience specializing in trauma, eating disorders, and mood disorders. As an educator and consultant, I’ve developed trauma-informed and family-centered programs across a wide range of settings. In 2015, my life changed when I was struck by a car. That experience set me on a new healing journey—one that deepened my empathy and commitment to this work. I am currently pursuing certification in brain injury treatment to integrate the gifts and insights gained from my recovery into my practice. I work with individuals, families, and groups—sometimes solo, and often alongside co-therapists and trained auxiliaries—to create powerful, personalized healing experiences. I meet people where they are, without judgment. I know that life can be incredibly hard—and that finding your way back to yourself is rarely a straight path, but always a courageous one.
