Introduction

Greetings, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with young adolescents, teenagers and adults. Utilizing a variety of treatment methods, I work with clients to focus on obtaining skills and behavioral changes that work towards improving life in a variety of ways. I feel that the foundation of therapeutic work is relationship and rapport. Establishing this allows both provider and client to learn and grow together. DBT, CBT, ARC all use this as a foundation to learn skills and apply changes that help us build a life worth living. I have worked with a variety of clients with different needs in many different circumstances. There are painful events in everyone's life that continue to effect us; we may not have caused these and, together, it is up to us to work to build the life we want.
