Introduction

I'm a licensed clinical social worker and certified sex therapist. I'm a queer woman who grew up Mormon and understand the complexities that religious, sexuality, and gender identity can bring. I love helping people navigate various life transitions and (re-)connect with themselves through therapy, especially by using experiential methods. If talk therapy isn't your favorite or hasn't worked well, I'd love to work with you!
