I’m passionate about working together with folks who are motivated for change—ready to understand and bring transformation to their nervous system through addressing trauma. EMDR is the gold standard treatment for trauma of all types and can help with depression, anxiety, relational patterns, or just feeling stuck. My approach to therapy is modern, intentional, and evidence based, but doesn’t leave out the creativity, passion, and connection that is so key to understanding and honoring your story. I particularly enjoy working with creative professionals and women at all stages of life—from career-focused executives to homeschool mamas, women and families in ministry, and couples wanting to break out of current relational patterns.
