Introduction

Welcome! Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed? You are not alone. This world can be a challenging place to navigate, and it takes courage to reach out for support. I work with adolescents, young adults, and their families to address anxiety, depression, and trauma using adventure therapy and “walk-and-talk therapy.” I have found that walking, movement, and being outside often facilitate a deeper sense of connection and understanding. If typical therapy in an office setting is not ideal for you, let's try something different! I provide a warm, compassionate, and understanding presence to facilitate growth and healing. I incorporate mindfulness, adventure therapy, somatic experiencing and play therapy into my practice. I find that therapy often works best when we include elements of joy, play, and movement in the healing process. I am currently providing therapy sessions in outdoor settings and via telehealth. Please feel free to reach out with any questions and to schedule a consultation session. This will allow us to discuss your specific needs, concerns, and curiosities about the therapy process. Warmest wishes.
