I work with each client individually to create goals that are purposeful, meaningful, and attainable. I frequently revisit treatment goals, so that clients can reflect their own process and progress in therapy. I have clinical expertise in areas including: depression, anxiety, PTSD, phase of life issues, mood/psychotic disorders, emotional states including stress, grief, and bereavement. I also have experience with coming out, trans/queer identity exploration, HIV/AIDS, sex workers, alternative relationships including open and/or poly. Together we will work to address the problems bringing you to treatment, including identifying any negative thought patterns and other barriers standing in the way of you and your well-being. My practice offers an inviting, affirming, and open space to do so, and my relational style is warm and collaborative.
