I believe every person has a story that matters. Yet, sometimes, the most important parts of our stories get buried, leaving us feeling stuck, lonely, or unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. When we process our stories with the support of a caring witness, we can find greater freedom, wholeness, and agency in our lives. I work with adults, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship and family struggles, military-related issues, and spiritual abuse. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to help clients heal and move forward. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in church ministry, where I learned the power of deep listening, empathy, and meeting people where they are. I understand that faith and spirituality can be both a source of healing and, at times, a source of harm. My goal is not to prescribe answers but to walk alongside you as you process your experiences and reclaim your voice. As a therapist, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients connect with different parts of themselves, process emotions in a supportive way, and heal from painful experiences. EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful tool that helps people move through difficult memories, release negative beliefs, and experience lasting relief. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to help you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
