I've been a licensed psychologist since 2006. My primary focus is first responders and their family members; I do see others as well. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, a straightforward type of talking therapy with no "mystery". I'm trained in specific, effective techniques for trauma, insomnia, depression, and anxiety. I'm a member of several professional organizations, and I am certified as a Public Safety Clinician (ERPSCC). I provide adult ADHD assessments as well, using a combination of empathic conversation and research-backed assessment measures to either diagnose or rule out ADHD. I also provide consultation and training services--for more information on those, please contact me via the link above.
