Specialties: First Responders, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADHD Evaluation,

Introduction

I've been a licensed psychologist since 2006; I've been practicing in the greater Raleigh area since 2023. My primary focus is first responders and their family members; I do see others as well. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, a straightforward type of talking therapy with no "mystery". I'm trained in specific, effective techniques for trauma, insomnia, depression, and anxiety. I'm a member of several professional organizations, and I am certified as a Public Safety Clinician (ERPSCC). I also provide consultation, training, and adult ADHD assessments.
