Introduction

My counseling journey began years ago as a client. As someone in recovery, I am humbled and motivated by the opportunity to step into the work alongside those still suffering. I earned my MA in counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary (2022) and aspire to specialize in the treatment of multiple addictions, namely substance use disorders and process addictions deeply rooted in attachment-related struggles and complex trauma. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in the state of Texas, and I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I grew up in Texas and love spending time in nature with my family, hiking and camping. I also enjoy watching movies and TV shows, reading, unplanned travel, hearing tales of authenticity and adventure, and sharing mealtime with friends. Freedom is real. Recovery is possible. It begins with acceptance and the willingness to take the first step. Take yours, today. You're not alone.
