Introduction

I help teens and adults overwhelmed with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and life adversity find motivation, purpose, and hope. Do you lack motivation, feel overwhelmed or hopeless, or become easily agitated? Does fear of anxiety or panic hinder important aspects of your life. Have you experienced a trauma or crisis that is unresolved and disrupting your life? Do you engage in addictive or unhealthy behavior in an attempt to feel better? I have also faced many mental health challenges as a teen and adult. I can help you to find purpose and achieve goals despite these challenges. I will teach you proven strategies to understand and manage your feelings and behaviors in the context of your previous experiences, current life, and long-term goals. I am nonjudgmental but also direct and solution focused. Collaboratively, we will work together to address your concerns and take steps towards to improve your quality of life. I value client self-determination and evidence-based practice. I am trained in eliciting client motivation and incorporating practical cognitive and behavioral strategies to accomplish your goals in therapy. It takes courage to seek help.
