Introduction

My approaches to mental health recovery and wellness are strongly influenced by person-centered counseling, integrating cognitive-behavioral techniques, trauma-informed care, and relational-cultural therapy. I believe strongly in each person’s ability to heal and grow within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship characterized by mutual empathy, warmth, and unconditional positive regard. I have worked in various settings supporting folks from all walks of life, and I'm excited to apply my personal and professional experience, as well as a friendly and calm presence, to my work with you here at The Person Center.
