Introduction

My primary clinical interests include working with young adults who face challenges with self-image, impulse control, and emotion regulation. I also work with adults of all ages who deal with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma. I have published articles in numerous refereed psychotherapy journals and have co-authored chapters for counseling textbooks produced by the American Psychological Association and the National Career Development Association. Prior to becoming a counselor, I enjoyed a ten-year career as an actor and playwright in the city of Atlanta.
