I am a Latinx, first generation, Spanish speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes and is dedicated to individuals who identify as Latinx, indigenous, and people of color that are experiencing perinatal mood disorders, depression, anxiety, relational challenges, stress, low-self esteem, intense emotions, and/or numbing patterns that make it difficult to be in agency and live in authenticity. I am committed to a collaborative, whole person-centered, trauma-informed, and systems approach to develop unique goals and objectives for transformational opportunities. I am trained in individual psychotherapy, psychoanalytic, humanistic, attachment-based, mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavioral therapy methods. Interventions and the length of treatment can be influenced by many factors including, but not limited to, goals, needs, and financial capacity. It is important to choose the therapist that is right for you! I offer a free 15 minute consultation for you to learn more about me and I about you.
