Introduction

Hi! I’m Claudia. I’m a licensed Therapist and the founder of Psychotherapy for Young Women, a boutique group practice in New York City. My all-female team and I specialize in working with Gen Z and Millennial women and couples who are struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, self-worth issues, major life transitions, and unresolved trauma. Over the past 15 years, I’ve developed a therapy approach that’s both emotionally attuned and results-driven. My team and I draw from evidence-based methods like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), relational psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies. That means we help you make sense of your inner world —connect the dots, understand your patterns, and relationship dynamics—while also giving you practical, proven tools to use in everyday life. Clients often come to us feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking, frustrating dating struggles, big life transitions, self-doubt, or repeating the same relationship issues with their partners. We help you get to the root of what’s going on so you can stop just “coping” and actually experience real, sustainable change. Sessions with us are active, validating, and tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all formula. Whether you’re feeling lost in your relationship, overwhelmed by anxiety, burnt out from always doing the emotional labor, or repeating painful patterns you don’t fully understand, we can help you get to the root of the issue and break free. We offer a compassionate, empowering space where you can feel seen, supported, and challenged to grow in the ways that matter most to you. Ready to take the next step? We offer a free, zero-pressure phone consultation to see if we’re the right fit, and low-fee options to make therapy more accessible for those with financial limitations. Reach out today to get started. You deserve peace and relief.
