Introduction

Hello, my name is Chloe Cooper. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor and an AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners approved Supervisor. My private practice and my associates have offices in North and South Scottsdale, N Phoenix/Anthem, Surprise, Goodyear and Prescott. Thank you for stopping by and taking a moment to read about my approach to counseling. We all experiences times of uncertainty or pain regarding current circumstances or managing feelings that seem overwhelming. When we get to this 'stuck' place of pain or insecurity sometimes the last thing we want to do is reach out for help, but this is when help is needed most and can bring back hopefulness and peace. I know this because I lived in my own ‘stuck’ places for decades before I reached out for help. It was my own journey that led to me pursuing this career in counseling. I am passionate about helping people find their true and most resourced self, which means that you feel comfortable feeling your emotions and are content with the precious, unique person God created you to be. As a result of my own struggles and my experience as a therapist, I now know the answers to our struggles are within each of us and my role as a therapist is to ask the right questions to help you find resolution, acceptance and peace. Solutions are achievable! I find uncovering personal traumas and exploring where God is in the ‘stuck’ places adds power to healing. I welcome an opportunity to work with those who are ready to get started making the changes that may mean the difference between struggling and striving.
