Introduction

I specialize in providing a supportive and affirming space where individuals can explore their identities, navigate challenges, and build resilience. I approach Internal Family Systems, Inner Child work and Hypnotherapy from a somatic lens, rooted both in the body and the mind. I work collaboratively with clients to help them process their experiences, and develop coping strategies to help clients emotionally regulate and increase awareness of the self. I know you want to create meaningful change in your life and I look forward to helping you get there. In my practice, I prioritize client-centered care, ensuring that each person feels seen, heard, and empowered. I believe you are the expert on your life and your self, and my role is to guide you toward self-discovery and healing. Whether you are exploring your identity, facing life changes, or working through anxiety and emotional struggles, I’m here to support you in cultivating self-compassion, emotional regulation, and a sense of belonging. I am a dancer, artist, and mother. I identify as a white cis woman who is queer and nonmonogamous, and also have ADHD. I am Jewish and an immigrant.
