If you are a teen or a young adult, you probably find yourself worrying about your next steps and making the right decisions for your future. Every decision feels like a make or break moment, and you find yourself losing sleep over the potential impact these decisions will have on your life. That weight is a heavy burden to carry alone. Or maybe you are trying to connect with others, but past experiences have left you feeling anxious about how people perceive you and whether they will accept you or not. If any of this resonates with you, you may benefit from exploring your attachment style and the narratives you’ve been living through that are not helpful or an accurate representation of your life. This is where I come in, to support you through these challenges, uncertainties, and trying times. I tailor therapy sessions to you unique needs, using a strength-based focus as well as a holistic view of wellness. My experience involves working with first-generation Americans acclimating to a new culture, middle and high school students struggling with low self-esteem and peer issues, and college students struggling with imposter syndrome, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
