As a born-and-raised Brooklynite, I love the city that never sleeps and the diverse residents of it. People who gravitate toward working with me tend to be men with spiritual backgrounds seeking answers and willing to do the work of therapy. You may feel like you don’t know yourself, like you never fit in, like you’re a failure. I often work with men to gain clarity on identity and values, learn how the past affects the present, and choose healthier thoughts. There will be no “toughen up” or “be a man” with me. Therapy is a safe, judgement-free space for us to explore your thoughts and feelings and gain the clarity you are seeking. I can help you answer the questions you’ve had inside of you: Who am I? Why am I like this? I can help you replace your anxiety with peace, your restlessness with rest, and your hopelessness with hope. Often it's not striving to achieve but understanding who we are that allows us to gain what we seek. I use various techniques, including faith-based approach. My therapeutic style is supportive, conversational, and insightful. I strive to listen, empathize, and support you as we explore together. All you need is the willingness to do the work. If you’re ready to take this step into health, please do not hesitate to contact my office to set up a consultation. I would be honored to walk this journey with you.
