Introduction

Clara Sherman is a Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counselor. With her, you will dive deeply into your emotions, thought patterns, and behaviors to uncover what underlies your automatic self. She will guide you to discover new awarenesses within you, cultivate lasting self-compassion, and give you tools to grow your own inner exploration. She draws from somatic practices, mindfulness work, Internal Family Systems, and non-ordinary states of consciousness to inform her orientation in her work you. In addition, she has experience working with ages 60+, as well as working in a non-12 step compassion focused model for alcohol recovery.
