Introduction

Individuals and couples often come to me seeking an accepting, welcoming, and joyful environment. I believe while we can cry, we must laugh, too! I am an LGBTQIA+, body, kink, and polyamorous positive individual. I work from a strengths-based, person-centered perspective. While a diagnosis may point to the appropriate direction of treatment - it does not make us who we are! My goal is always to provide an environment that feels safe and fosters the ability to grow and flourish! I am a Licensed Social Worker with a Master of Social Work, in the process of obtaining my License of Clinical Social Work. This involves weekly clinical supervision. My primary experience is with OCD, trauma, addictions, couples work, anxiety, and depression. I am trained in all of the treatment approaches listed below, concentrating most heavily on EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and solutions focused coaching. I am a lover of nature, animals, audio books, family, and taking time to further my education. I am passionate about my work and living life to the fullest and in the moment, as best I can! *Please note sliding scale fee options are available on a limited basis.
