We all seek peace, joy and purpose. When hardships arise, it can feel like obstacles to our desires. What if you learned to use suffering as an opportunity from the classroom of life to become the greatest version of yourself and to create the life you want? I specialize in working with men and women ages 18 and older. I am experienced in working with multiple forms of challenges (e.g. OCD, ADHD, anger management, low self-esteem, etc.), but specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, relationship problems, grief and forgiveness. I fundamentally work to foster a healing relationship with you. I create a space of safety and unconditional acceptance in hope you may undertake a personal journey of growth. I not only help you fix what is wrong but build what is right. I observe the dignity and strength in each person regardless of who they are or their behaviors. Once trust is established, I will encourage you to take risks, and ultimately, to create necessary change. I entered this field to authentically listen to your unique story and to help you live in an integrated, healthy way. I find great meaning in walking alongside clients to challenge and encourage them in their road to emotional, mental, physical and spiritual healing.
