Are you looking for someone to offer compassionate support while you process these life events? I pride myself on holding space for others in life's hardest moments, and feel honored to watch my client's transform in ways they did not know were possible. I meet clients as they are and provide a safe space to reconnect with what they value and experiment with responding to the world around them more effectively. As a mental health counselor and yoga teacher, I work with clients to reconnect to their authentic self and build strategies to advocate for themselves to promote lasting change in their lives. I have a soft spot for helpers and creatives, such as healthcare professionals, healers, therapists, teachers, caregivers, parents, "people pleasers," artists, etc. Finding a therapist and starting therapy can be hard! You are the expert on your life and I am here to offer tools, compassion, and some humor, to help you live your most authentic life.
