I take a holistic approach in working with issues of anxiety and depression, postpartum depression and anxiety, infertility, life transitions, parent coaching, persistent relationship or family difficulties. During a global pandemic, we are all feeling isolated and I am here to help with struggles that are coming up. Together we will work to make sense of your thoughts and feelings and explore ways to help you cope and feel less overwhelmed. As your counselor, I will assist you to develop and implement a plan to help you move forward and feel more fulfilled personally and professionally.
