Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker drawing from several years of experience in a school environment as well as counseling with individuals and families. I am committed to meeting you where you are, fostering genuine connections, and ensuring that you feel accepted and heard. I believe the client is the expert. I work alongside individuals and families to create individualized goals and unique treatment plans. This allows me to determine the best therapeutic strategies while allowing you to grow at your own pace. I have experience in working with children and teens who are hesitant to participate in therapy and/or present complex behaviors. I enjoy working with them to discover what they enjoy and incorporating this into our sessions. I also work with the adults and family members who need a safe space to discuss their family and/or work dynamics. I am ready to walk alongside those navigating the complex path of personal development while contributing empathy and expertise. My hope is that clients leave sessions feeling empowered through their strength of telling their story and embracing both the positive and negative experiences in their journey.
