Introduction

*Now accepting new clients. Evening and weekend availability.* Over the past 7 plus years I have successfully helped individuals, couples, and families between the ages of 15-70 with a wide range of issues including but not limited to life stress, developmental transitions, anxiety, social anxiety, loneliness, depression, personality disorders, trauma, sleep issues, athletes and their sports goals, athletes and transitioning from their sport, ADHD, childfree lifestyle, parenting issues, premarital therapy, relationship issues, non-normative relationships (long-term couples who choose not to marry, a-sexual relationships, throuples, poly, etc.), breakups, relationship dissolution, death, dying, and grief. Sex therapy topics that include but are not limited to basic sex education, consent, kinks, low/high libido, erectile dysfunction, sexual exploration within relationships, etc.). This is not a full list of issues but I hope it gives you an idea as to my ability and open-mindedness to work with you. I am trained and continue to seek continuing education on therapy models. This allows me to adapt to what your needs are. That being said, I have a love for IFS and EFT. I am currently accepting private pay and clients with Wellmark/BCBS. If you’re still curious on if I will be a good fit feel free to reach out via text/call for a free 15 min. phone or video call. Therapy doesn’t work if you don’t feel like I’m a good fit. I tend to take a relaxed, non-judgmental approach while still being able to challenge and support clients. If you’ve never been to a therapist before and don’t know what to expect, let me know and I’ll walk you through the general process. I’ll be there as much or as little as you need. I’m a dual citizen, non-Iowa native who nerds out on many things including theatre, travel, and every ounce of good weather available. I’ve worn many hats in my life that I’ve loved and continue to bring that passion into many aspects of my life, therapy included.
