Struggles with anxiety and depression, relationships and personal functioning along with numerous other issues are common. You are not alone. At Circadian Counseling we recognize the timeless nature of these concerns, while teaming with the individual to customize a plan toward their goals. We are trained in and incorporate an eclectic approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology. These are a few of the routes we will take toward improvement, customized for the unique needs of the individual. We support all ages in their goals, specializing with children, teens, young adults and parent coaching. Matt O'Connor LPC Matt has 12 years experience working with children and adolescents and their parents, helping them implement customized strategies to address their personal goals. From Matt - "Thank you for considering putting trust in another to help you be the best version of you. I enjoy working with pre-teens, teenagers, and young adults. Some of the issues I have covered are stress and anxiety, depression, attachment, and interpersonal struggles. My main focus in therapy is to help you continue getting what you want out of life, while working on those things that create stress and ineffectiveness. My thinking is we all are doing our best, and when we are given a safe, accepting, and understanding environment, we can enter the right mindset to move towards actualizing our goals. If you would like to schedule with me, please send an appointment request. I look forward to meeting you." Celeste Chappuis LCSW Celeste has worked in schools throughout St. Louis for decades. She specializes with children, adolescents and young adults, helping them identify their strengths and successfully cope with struggles. She is also trained and certified in Yoga, mindfulness and breathwork strategies. Celeste enjoys time with her family and her two golden retrievers Rosie and Biscuit. Jamie Christen Chiles LPC Christen specializes with children, adolescents, college age, and adults. "I have a passion for helping people feel like they belong, and establishing belonging within themselves." Skilled with attachment issues, family dynamics, CBT and DBT, as well as Solutions-Focused approaches, Jamie brings a powerful impact to Circadian Counseling. Jamie enjoys being in nature, biking, playing sports, reading, coffee shops and board games. Ana Dilber LPC Ana has been providing therapy for ten years, and worked in medical settings before that. She has experience with a range of health issues ranging from sufferers of heart attacks, strokes and chronic illness. Ana connects with all ages, including elderly/seniors, implementing an eclectic approach featuring CBT. Outside of the office, Ana is a caretaker who loves spending time with loved ones, reading, and "introverting"! Collin Miller LPC Collin has many years of experience as clinical director at an alternative therapeutic high school and currently as director of counseling at a private high school. Being a therapist in an educational setting has allowed her to become familiar with many aspects such as supporting those with special needs, IEPs, and developing relationships in the community to provide additional resources. She has helped with transition and college planning, making sure adolescents feel supported, capable and empowered as they enter the next chapter of life. Being part of this critical time in a child's development is an important role, and she enjoys helping them become the best (and most confident) version of themselves. Brian Hampel LPC Brian has 13 years experience in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospital, school, and community counseling. His primary focus is with children, adolescents and young adults, using approaches of relational, CBT, Solutions-Focused and Positive Psychology. Brian helps clients develop a holistic approach to mental health, including lifestyle and habits guidance. He can be found outdoors in any season canoeing, hiking and backpacking.
