Play is an essential part of a child’s life. Through play, children communicate their inner world and can heal. When adults begin to play, they find happiness in their world around them. I have dedicated my time to working with children and families struggling with trauma, dealing with divorce, coping with death and managing behaviors. I utilize mindful-based play therapy, contextual family therapy approaches, parent education, strength-based approaches, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, motivational interviewing and much more to help families heal and address concerns. I will walk through this journey of healing with you. A brighter future awaits you and your family.
