I’m an experienced and compassionate psychologist who has dedicated my professional career to helping parents of children/adolescents with anxiety, depression or learning challenges, as well as the children and teenagers themselves, to celebrate their strengths and differences, to solve problems, to make connections with others and to experience happiness in their families and their lives. I am passionate about empowering teenagers and adults to understand their feelings and how they affect relationships and choices, to learn how to cope with worry and stress and to navigate disappointments, stressors and transitions in life.
