Introduction

I am a psychotherapist with 20 plus years of training and direct experience working with clients with a wide array of both mental health and/or substance abuse disorders, self esteem barriers and mounting life stressors. I specialize in working with both teenagers and adults. I see clients in individual, couples and group milieus. In addition, I work with first responders battling mental health and/or substance abuse. I have worked at various treatment settings and have had a successful private practice for over 15 years. Finding the right therapist is an important step in this process . My approach is warm, empathic, challenging and direct. I work with you to have a better and more fulfilling relationship with yourself and your loved ones.
