Hey you! I am Cierra and it would be my honor to collaborate with you on a journey that we all share called...LIFE. But before you do me the honor of working alongside you, let me introduce myself. I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) located in sunny California. I earned my master's from Point Loma Nazarene University and have successfully navigated the mental health field for 5 years and counting. With that I find that the population I serve best are youth, teens, and young adults that experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, stressors from relationships and intense emotions and everything else in between. Our time together will be spent curating authentic strategies that brings you to your highest potential.
