Accepting New Clients! I believe uncertainty doesn’t need us to accept it, we need to accept it. I am a graduate of Saint Martin’s University in Lacey and a veteran of the US Army. I love working with veterans as well as individuals and groups. I specialize in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and other Anxiety Disorders among many other disorders with adults and children. I have a desire to help individuals accept uncertainty and not allow OCD and Anxiety to take over. Do you struggle with intrusive thoughts? Thoughts that are so scary you are worried to share them? Has anxiety taken over your life? My couch and my screen have space for you if you are looking for support just for you or your child. Life's transitions can be tough especially if you have just had a baby and maybe are feeling alone. I can be your person. Clients who work with me learn the skills they need to be able to accept and learn how to live with uncertainty. My approach is warm, funny and gentle, even with the tough conversations.
