I believe in the resilience that can be built from life happening. I am a person who has a personal interest in helping others find their strength and building a path from where they are to where they want to be. I believe in humor, real conversations, appropriate boundaries, self-care, and being able to process in a safe place as valid coping mechanisms. I love to work with persons from all walks of life, it is enriching to know each of my clients and I enjoy the therapeutic relationship. I want to see people succeed! I started out at a very young age in the non-profit sector of social services. I now have over 20 years experience and 15 of that specifically in mental health. I worked my way through college, grad school, and licensure because I believe in having purpose and even when we can't save all the starfish, we can save the ones we can!
