I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and am committed to partnering with my clients as they seek meaning, healing, and hope. As a mental health counselor, I am honored to be invited into your personal story. I specialize in women's issues, complex trauma, and marriage and family counseling, and I am trained in EMDR. My theoretical orientation is rooted in person-centered counseling, but I integrate various approaches to best meet your personal goals and needs. In our sessions, you are the expert on your life and experiences. I provide a compassionate, warm, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood. We will create an environment that encourages self-exploration and self-acceptance through empathetic listening and genuine authenticity. Together, we will examine core beliefs, values, and life goals to foster positive changes in your life and relationships. Most importantly, I am here to journey alongside you on the path to wholeness.
