Introduction

Hello, I work with individuals and families, providing therapy. I work with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am trained in EMDR therapy and parts and memory therapy. I work with kids ages 13+ and older. I started in the field, providing therapy in the schools in Las Vegas. I saw how much of a need there was for mental health services for these families. It inspired me to get my LCSW license to work in the mental health field. I didn't realize the challenge when COVID hit; I worked the entire pandemic, providing mental health services for people in the Las Vegas community. I started Mindful Therapeutic Services in October of 2022, and I enjoy working and seeing my clients' growth and progress.
