I am a Psychotherapist and Owner of Mind & Body Therapeutic Services, PLLC. My years of experiences are not limited but includes serving in medical hospitals, in-home, office and travel settings. My expertise involve helping individuals cope with depression, relationship challenges, women/men issues and anxiety. I take a individualized approach in working with each and every client by providing a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where growth, self-exploration and positive change can occur. I strongly believe you have the skills needed to fulfill life goals and overcome challenges; but sometimes a guide is needed to address patterns of behaviors and problematic thinking.
