Introduction

I’m a licensed therapist committed to helping others, in a warm, safe environment. Areas of expertise include trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, eating disorders, relationship issues, family of origin issues, anxiety, and depression. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping patients reach their goals. I’m passionate about decreasing the stigma of mental health issues, and am a strong advocate for social justice issues. I am interested in participating in workshops, speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts related to my areas of expertise. If you’d like to schedule an appointment with me, feel free to send an appointment request. I am not in-network with insurances, but many insurance companies will reimburse you for some of the costs.
