Introduction

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you with weekly, bi-weekly and monthly appointments. My rate is $150/hr and I have a few sliding scale slots at $100/hr. I do not currently take insurance but can provide a form to submit to insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.. My passion is to integrate mindfulness based interventions and EMDR, whenever appropriate, to help people feel more at ease with themselves. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Florida and Tennessee. I have 5+ years of experience in serving the Veteran community in the hospital setting and over 10 years of working with the dual diagnosis and substance abuse populations. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, ADHD, traumatic experiences, and emotional abuse.
