Introduction

Challenging life experiences, both past and present, have a sneaky way of leaving fingerprints in our brain. These fingerprints change the way we see and interact with the world. Fortunately, there are several evidenced-based techniques that can be used to wipe the slate clean, restore functioning, and alleviate suffering. I have over 25 years of experience in the acute medical, education, and human service fields. I utilize a brain based approach to treatment that can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, EMD, Flash, Progressive Counting, and Neurofeedback.
