My counseling philosophy revolves around the belief that each person possesses an innate capacity for resilience and self-discovery. I view the therapeutic process as a collaboration in which clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and judgment-free environment. Together, we work towards developing coping strategies, personal insight, and lasting positive change. As a child of divorce, I bring an understanding of some of the disruptions that accompany this family-life transition. In addition, I am proud to celebrate thirteen years of sobriety. Successfully making this change not only transformed my own life, but also fueled my passion for helping others recover from addiction. I consider myself blessed to have the opportunity to guide and inspire others. I hold a master’s degree in Counseling from Divine Mercy University. Throughout my career, I have gained experience working with diverse populations in various settings, honing my skills in various counseling approaches to provide effective, evidence-based support. Taking that first step is a courageous act, and I am here to support you.
