Are you struggling with a life change, feel stuck, or lost? Have your feelings of stress, anxiety, and/or depression become unmanageable? Has your health, career, and/or relationships declined? Maybe it is something else... life can be filled with unforeseen challenges and changes. I am here to listen with empathy and provide you a space to return to wholeness, return to the true you, and to experience more personal freedom. I am a caring and trustworthy professional providing high quality counseling services. I have an experienced approach that utilizes an integration of scientifically grounded psychological interventions that can be tailored for you. I find this is the key to having a great counseling experience because while we each share so much of the human experience collectively; we are indeed unique and need to express that uniqueness in a creative way that works for us. When we are able to do this our health and overall functioning are enhanced naturally. My style of therapy involves deep listening and compassion at its root. I am a firm believer in the utilization of mindfulness and relaxation skills to help us slow down/self-regulate and gather insight/personal wisdom into our lives. At times it can be helpful and necessary to investigate our past, but this is not always the case, and many of us can enhance our quality of life significantly by learning to master self-regulation and experience presence. It is through experiencing this “leaning into the present” with a sense of curiosity and compassion that our true healing can unfold just as it needs to. I would be honored to walk beside you on your journey of healing.
