I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to a diverse range of clients, including military veterans, teens, men, and couples. With a focus on treating anxiety and depression, PTSD, trauma, and relationship difficulties, I am committed to supporting individuals in their journey towards healing and personal growth. Before transitioning into my role as an LMFTA, I served with great honor and dedication in the US Air Force for over 20 years. In our therapeutic work together, I will guide you in examining the beliefs you hold about yourself or others that may be keeping you feeling stuck and unfulfilled. My warm and casual style fosters an open dialogue, striving to create mutual insight and understanding. I take an active role in our discussions, utilizing humor to create an inviting and safe environment where we can explore the challenges and successes in your life. Together, we will delve into your experiences, beliefs, and emotions, unraveling the underlying factors that contribute to your current struggles.
